Rice and Carrots

This rice and carrot recipe is a really tasty accompaniment to a main course.

3 minced carrots
3 cups rice
5 cups chicken broth
3 tbs butter

1. Heat butter and fry carrots until softened.
2. Add rice and stir fry for 5 mins
3. Add chicken stock and leave to boil until rice is cooked.
