Caramel Popcorn

This snack is one of Thomas' greatest weaknesses. Great for movie nights.

1 pkt of popcorn
5 tbs golden syrup
6 tbs sugar
1/2 pkt almonds
2 tbs flower honey

1. Pop the popcorn in the microwave. Lay on a flat baking tray afterwards.
2. Pour syrup, sugar, almonds and honey on top.
3. Bake for ten mins until sugar has caramelized.
4. Pour into a big bowl and mix it up thoroughly.
5. Serve hot with in all of its crunchy, mushy goodness.
