Raita (Indian yogurt salad)
Raita is a good accompaniment to spicy food because it is cooling.
3 tbs yogurt (whisk until thickened)
1/2 cucumber (remove seeds and slice into cubes)
1 tsp cumin seeds
salt and pepper
1. Mix the above ingredients together. Serve.
